Irish language television channel TG4’s new talent show Nollaig No. 1 is searching for a new “singing sensation”. The winner of the serialised talent contest will launch a single and music video and vie for the top slot in Ireland’s singles chart this coming Christmas. Over 13 shows, successful entrants will put themselves under public scrutiny while performing before three judges. Auditions for Nollaig No. 1 will be held at locations around the island of Ireland from mid-May onwards. More: www.tg4.ie
