Lisburn seeks rock, alt gods

Lisburn City Council’s Island Arts Centre is once again promoting its “hugely successful” MUSIC QUEST for the best unsigned bands and solo acts. Focusing on rock, and alternative music [does that include jazz? - ed], MUSIC QUEST provides a platform for acts to perform and the opportunity to win prizes, including the top £500 cash prize.
All entries must be received by Monday, June 18, 2007.

A demo recording in any standard format [bar DVD-Audio and Poulsen wire recodring - ed] comprising 3 original works - and not exceeding 20 minutes total play - must be submitted.
